What will you learn on the workshop MS EXCEL – Interactive dashboards?

Workshop MS EXCEL Interactive dashboards is designed for EXCEL users, who already do have experience with pivot tables and pivot charts and who are familiar with basic syntax of the VLOOKUP and/or XLOOKUP functions.

This workshop will provide you with the answers to the following questions:

• How to create interactive pricing proposal with a price level choice?
• How to structure the source data for the dashboard? 
• How to create a unique key, if it is not in the data? 
• How to create the mapping which you need to create the interactive connections? 
• How to insert a Combo box on the Excel sheet? 
• How to fill the Combo box with items and how to connect it with a cell on the sheet?
• How to use the function INDEX / VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP to create the interactive connections? 
• How to insert an interactive text field on a sheet? 
• How to easily and quickly format a dashboard and assure  it’s professional look? 

• How to create an interactive dashboard of sales results using pivot charts? 
• How to structure the source data for the dashboard? 
• How to create several pivot charts from one source? 
• How to insert a Calculated field in a pivot chart in order to calculate Profit and Percentage margin from Revenue and Cost? 
• How to connect several pivot charts using Slicer? 
• How to format a report from several pivot charts and give it a professional look? 

How do I lead the workshop?

I lead the workshop ONLINE LIVE, via Zoom (in case your company prefers different meeting app, let me know on info@love2teach.sk).  The training lasts 3 hours and it’s split into two 90 minutes blocks, to maximize participants attention. I strongly prefer that participants work together with me during the sessions on their computers. In this way they can work on the assignments on their own and ask me the questions directly.

What do you need for the workshop?

• reliable internet connection
• installed version of MS EXCEL. I lead workshops with the version MS Office 365, but the participants could use older/other versions. In case you are not sure about the EXCEL version, contact me on info@love2teach.sk

Communication with the participants during the workshop could be led via chat. In case you prefer live QnA, make sure that your employees will have microphones.
